How to buy

The easiest way to order a MeniQ is in our webshop MeniQ.net. You can also contact us by phone or letter. If you are not already a customer of MeniQ.net, please register.
Normally we have all products in stock and you get your order to your address within a few days. We accept payments by credit card or Paypal and all distance purchases of MeniQ.net are safe. Approved customers agreement to be payed by invoice.

Delivery and delivery terms

We use the fastest shipping method, mail, DHL or UPS. All freight with a value exceeding € 50 are traceable. Normally, we send your goods within 24 hours after we received your order and you will have your goods within 5 working days.

Privacy

All your personal information and purchases with us are confidential and are held in accordance with PUL. No information provided to third parties.

Online Payment

What is security code (CVV2/CVC2/CSC). To increase security, you are prompted to specify which customer the last three digits which are printed in the signature panel on the back of the card. CVV2 is VISAS name and CVC2 is MasterCards name. Other terms used to describe the security code, CVV code, CVx or safety codes. This code is sent to the card issuer for verification and validation.

Where can I find the security code on the card?

For Visa and MasterCard, you can find the code that is the last three digits in the signature panel on the back of the card.

Why must the security code be provided?

Verified by Visa

Verified by Visa is Visa's designation of the 3D Secure standard for secure identification cards for online purchases customer. Prices

All prices are in Euro but you can also choose to pay in SEK and U.S. dollars. VAT may be applicable for your current country.

Transport Damage

Please check directly on receipt of delivery that no goods are missing or damaged. If this is the case, make a notification by Contact us, in 7 days after reception of goods. Damage that occurred on the item during delivey are notified directly to the postal office that has provided you the goods.

Misdelivery

We want you to let us know as soon as possible in case we accidentally shipped the wrong product or the wrong number of goods, so that we can correct the error. This is done most easily at Contact us by e-mail.

If you dont pick up your goods

If you do not get tho your postal office and pick up your goods we have to charge you 50Euro for our expenses.

Products out of stock

Usually it's not possible to order any of our products thats out of stock but if that should be the case we will inform you soon after the order is completed.

Claim

Individuals under the Consumer Protection law owns the right of two (2) years complaints regardless of the warranty period applicable to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time of the error detected. If complaint is after the warranty expires purchaser shall prove that the demonstrated defect was already at the time of delivery. Do not forget to save the receipt. The receipt is required for repair or other action.

Warranty

We apply the 25-year warranty on your MeniQ. The warranty covers normal use, but not ear seals and hoses that are wear parts. Read more about the warranty.

Right of withdrawal

As an individual, you have under Distance Contracts law right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days but not less than 7 working days from receipt. To request withdrawal under Distance Contracts, please fill in the information requested of us in the proper form (return) which we send to you after you have contacted us. Along with this form, you will find the conditions to be met in order to apply the right. Return of goods which are returned with reference to Distance Contracts at customer expense when Distance Contracts not give the customer the right to request reimbursement of the costs of transport or other service.
